After originating Florida residential mortgage loans for over 14 years; we discovered there was a need for homeowners and home buyers to talk with FL mortgage professionals about current mortgage progams and scenarios. This mortgage specific blog serves to provide current mortgage program knowledge that will empower FL home buyers or homeowners and enhance their decisions. It’s the Florida Mortgage Learning Center.
